Over the past 20 years of personal training, I have developed a training method that has gotten sure fire results when applied.  This method called A.K.I.Y.O.H. is short for A-- Kicking In Your Own Home.  This method when applied correctly under the professional supervision of Bob's Fitness Training, will result in you looking and feeling great!  All ages and body types are welcome to experience the wonderful feeling of the A.K.I.Y.O.H.
